The CSP team is proud to announce that we broke our record for customer satisfaction in 2020, achieving nearly perfect scores for ticket response and project management. 

As you may have seen in the news, Microsoft has discovered some zero-day vulnerabilities within its Exchange environment. It appears a nation-state-affiliated group has been exploiting these gaps. Microsoft released some emergency patches yesterday to address these vulnerabilities.
