He excels in IT service and support and is skilled and experienced at working in a fast-paced environment.
Please join us in welcoming Kurt Merschat as a Client Engineer (RRT- Rapid Response Technician) to our CSP, Inc. team. Kurt brings a wealth of experience and a friendly personality to our help desk. He excels in IT service and support and is skilled and experienced at working in a fast-paced environment.
Kurt recently worked at MasTech Advanced Technology where he was a support resource for all their field engineers. He also spent 7+ years with Best Buy (Geek Squad – Double Agent) and has a strong overall skillset in laptop and desktop troubleshooting. He was a Field Technician and provided Online and Phone Support where he worked on PC setups, operating system installations, data back-ups and transfers, PC training, Mac training, home networking, and hardware upgrades.
Kurt supported and provided server-based installations including full technical support on workstations including networking configurations in a small business environment. He also provided leadership in their store environment including Employee Training, Customer Relations, and supervised a fast-paced tech bench.
Kurt attended the ECPI College of Technology where his studies focused on computer operating systems, and troubleshooting systems as well as hardware replacement, computer applications, AC/DC circuits, electronics, communications, and digital electronics.
Kurt completed many Leadership and Management training classes while at Best Buy and received some high praises from past customers and team members for his ability to provide outstanding customer support in fast-paced deadline-driven environments.
