Computer Service Partners selected by HH Architecture to provide CSP Managed Services

RALEIGH, NC (June 30, 2010) – Computer Service Partners (CSP) was recently selected to design and implement a complete backup and disaster recovery system for HH Architecture. CSP will also be providing ongoing network monitoring and maintenance through CSP Managed Services.

HH Architecture selected CSP to help solve chronic server issues that were killing productivity. According to Kristen Hess, Principal of the firm, “We had issues with our old server from day one. It was as if our last vendor spent 10 minutes deciding what we needed, then brought some stuff over and plugged it in. Literally, the very next morning we found out the server was undersized and needed extra capacity. From there, the problems continued.”

HH Architecture was also struggling with an outdated tape-drive backup system and a pending office move that threatened to bring even more disruption.

“We were looking for a company that could be much more proactive and would let us know about problems before they became disasters,” said Andrea Frysinger, Design Administrator. “We wanted the confidence of knowing that someone was monitoring our business-critical equipment around the clock. That’s one of the things that made CSP Managed Services so attractive to us.”

Frysinger added, “We were also looking for a company that could provide us with some strategic guidance. We wanted to work with a company that could predict what kind of issues we may face six months or a year from now, and then make recommendations about how to pro-actively address those things.”

Under CSP Managed Services, HH Architecture is now covered by CSP’s proactive monitoring, management and remediation services, which include:
