CSP Provides Cisco Unified Communications for Wake Health Services, Inc.

Computer Service Partners was recently selected by Wake Health Services, Inc. to upgrade their local and wide area network infrastructure and implement a Cisco Unified Communications solution to service their Raleigh headquarters and eight practice locations in Wake and Franklin counties.

Sccording to John Livesay, VP of Sales at CSP, "Over the past several years CSP has helped many organizations move off older phone systems which are difficult to manage and expensive to maintain, and which also typically lack common capabilities users have come to expect. Cisco Unified Communications is a platform which not only provides easy to deploy and use IP phones, but also voicemail to e-mail integration, intelligent call routing and queuing, instant messaging, video conferencing and web conferencing to cut travel costs and significantly increase staff productivity for meetings and training."

Curtis King, Information Management Administrator at Wake Health Services stated "Wake Health performed a bid and compared multiple telephone manufacturers.  This process took over 2 years of research and design.  Coming from a legacy PBX environment we were troubled by the cost and complexity of its maintenance and upkeep.  We needed a system that was easy to maintain and provided the capability to report on our customer's experience.  When we decided on Cisco Unified Communications, Cisco recommended CSP as the vendor of choice.  Throughout the implementation process CSP remained consistently focused on delivering a product that achieved our established outcomes."
