Job Summary

CSP offers a comprehensive outsourced IT support solution for small and medium businesses throughout North Carolina.  Our experienced staff and sophisticated monitoring and remote management tools allows CSP to provide a cost-effective solution to managing IT systems including workstations, servers, IP phone systems, and networking devices.  CSP seeks a highly energetic, active, and personable account executive to represent one of the leading IT service providers in the Carolinas.  The ideal candidate would be able to identify new prospects, meet with company owners and upper level management, understand their business needs, create proposals, and have polished presentation skills.  Following up with customer opportunities, maintaining a sales pipeline and demonstrating a high close ratio is a must.

Job Requirements

Position Summary:

Responsible for the sale of CSP service agreements and solutions within a given territory.  Develops contacts with existing and prospective customers, analyze their requirements and promote CSP services and solutions to fill those requirements.  Conducts sales presentations, negotiates prices and overseas the administration of the sales.  Analyzes sales territory, and prepares sales forecasts.

Overview of Accountabilities:

8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday including company meetings and sales department meetings and associated trainings that may deviate from regular business hours.   Job responsibilities may require overtime hours in order to accomplish the assigned tasks and get business closed accordingly.

Must have clear understanding that we "put the customer first" in all things that we do and say when dealing not only with customers but co-workers and vendor-partners as well.

Achievement of assigned performance goals is mandatory.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of sales, including account planning, bids and proposals, customer relations, sales calls and sales executions.

Update and maintain customer contact information in Microsoft CRM on a continual basis.

Analyze the sales territory and prepares a sales plan.  prepare the monthly forecast and other reports as required.

Compiles and maintains a list of new and prospective customers in the territory.

Prepares and submits expense reports to obtain appropriate reimbursement for expenses incurred.

Onboarding Expectations:

Complete assigned CSP sales onboarding activities within one month.

Set and achieve activity goals with regards to the following metrics:

•·        Prospecting (including telemarketing) blocks of time

•·        Initial prospect or customer appointments

•·        Follow up prospect or customer appointments

•·        Proposals

•·        Networking events
