Job Summary

Computer Service Partners is seeking a Senior Cisco Voice Architect to design and support advanced communications solutions for our customers utilizing Cisco Systems technologies. 

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data and voice networking technologies and practices. You must have demonstrated the capability to analyze the technological issues and operational problems relating to a customer's networking needs and then recommend and deploy the appropriate technologies to create a robust, long-term solution.  This lead engineer position may evolve into a Practice Manager opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Minimum Cisco CCVP certification. 
* Minimum 5 years of progressive technical experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco-based networks, including Unified Communications, switching, routing, security (ASA/PIX), and wireless solutions.
* Excellent design and troubleshooting capabilities.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects/priorities, and build strong customer relationships.
* A 4-year degree or commensurate experience.

Preference will be given to candidates that currently reside in the RTP area of North Carolina and possess:
* Cisco CCIE and/or CCVP certification.
* Extensive Unified Communications and Contact Center experience (preferably Cisco).
* Experience with the Microsoft family of server and desktop products.
